Freddy's Pizzeria opened in 1961 in Whitestone, Queens — and for over six decades, it hasn't changed what matters. The same sesame-bottom crust. The same house tomato sauce. The same belief that New York pizza doesn't need to be reinvented.
We're known for what regulars call the "Freddy's touch" — a sesame crust that gives every slice an extra dimension of flavor and crunch. Our spicy ricotta square and tri-color Sicilian are neighborhood legends. Our chicken parm hero is so generous it's become a rite of passage.
Two locations now — Whitestone and Astoria — but one recipe, one standard, and one very simple mission: the best pizza in Queens.
